Zephyr Homeloans joins Ingard’s buy-to-let panel
Today, Ingard has appointed Zephyr Homeloans to its buy-to-let (BTL) panel. Ingard Members can now access Zephyr’s range of standard and specialist BTL mortgages directly, by registering via Zephyr’s online portal.

Zephyr is a dedicated BTL lender focusing on meeting the mortgage needs of professional property investors. It currently offers standard and specialist products to 75% LTV that are available for both individuals and limited companies, with 2 Year fixed rates starting from 3.14%.
Zephyr’s standard and specialist HMO and MUFB products are available to a maximum loan size of £1.5m to 70 per cent LTV and £1m to 75 per cent LTV. Its specialist new build and flats above commercial products are available to 75% LTV with a maximum loan size of £750k.
