VAS Group recruits ex JLL senior director
Leading valuation market specialists, VAS Group continues to expand its senior management knowledge base with the appointment of highly experienced valuation real estate specialist, Jeremy Handley.
Acting in a consultancy role, he will be responsible for quality assurance across both VAS Audit and VAS Panel, enhancing technical valuation propositions to further strengthen and expand the company’s offering.
Handley will also develop, manage and deliver an educational workshop programme for lenders, auditors and brokers. This will be designed to expand property valuation knowledge within the financial supply chain with the overall goal of improving and maintaining quality and speed, without increasing risk.
He brings with him a wealth of valuable experience gained from almost 30 years of service with JLL where he held the role of senior director responsible for the loan security valuation business.
His responsibilities included providing clients who have interests in property, or property debt, with advice about real estate valuation, strategic direction, risk assessment and valuations for secured lending and other purposes.

VAS Software is a cloud-based valuation panel management framework system which allows lenders to better manage their own panels.
