The Securus Group acquires Security Centres
The Securus Group has continued its expansion by acquiring Security Centres Ltd, a systems integrator which designs, installs and maintains complex fire and security systems.
Security Centres is based in Swansea and is a leading independent in its core markets of South Wales and the South West. Recent projects include: Millennium Stadium Cardiff, Milford Haven Port Authority, Cynon Valley Community Hospital and Temple Circus, Bristol.
Securus Group was formed in 2008 and has expanded rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions.The group has operations across Scotland, the North, the Midlands and now South Wales.

We are delighted that Simon Philips and Graham Rees are staying with the business post completion, they will be an important part of the Securus Group family.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Security Centres were advised by Odyssey Corporate Finance, DJM Solicitors and James & Uzzell. The Securus Group were advised by Begbies Traynor Corporate Finance and Nexus Solicitors.
