The Leasing Foundation announces two new board members to drive its innovation channel
The Leasing Foundation today announced the appointment of two new board members – Cat Powell and Sam Dring – to drive its innovation channel. Both well known in the industry, they join the existing board of nine that lead the Foundation and steer its goals.
Cat, head of data insight and automation at Novuna Business Finance, brings a unique perspective to innovation and change. With extensive consultancy experience, technical software development skills and a scientific research background, Cat is passionate about technological advancement and giving back to the industry. She has been actively involved with the Leasing Foundation for several years, supporting diversity and inclusion and promoting innovation within the industry.
Sam, head of asset finance product at Lloyds Banking Group, is responsible for the commercial performance, risk profile, and strategic direction of the asset finance product across the commercial bank. He also leads the development of the sustainable lending proposition and sponsors learning and development initiatives across the wider lending and working capital business at Lloyds, focusing on fostering a learning culture.
