Spacious Sutton Coldfield nursery sold to Kids Planet
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Stepping Stones Nursery to Kids Planet.
Stepping Stones is a modest but spacious day nursery with a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating and effective operating capacity for 42 children aged from 12 months. The setting is excellently located in Sutton Coldfield, just 5.9 miles from the centre of Birmingham.
The business was previously owned by Sara Reece who decided to sell to retire from the early years sector. Following a confidential marketing process, it has been sold to Kids Planet, one of the fastest growing nursery groups in the Midlands. The setting benefits from highly experienced staff which can assist Kids Planet with its growth in the region.
