Savills introduces strategic advisory services in EMEA
This includes strategic advice on current and future market trends, including ESG, market analytics and capital intelligence, asset, loan and performance monitoring, repurposing and repositioning assets, commercial due diligence and financial modelling for investors, lenders, developers and corporate occupiers of real estate.
The team, which operates across the whole of EMEA and is sector agnostic, is led by Oli Fraser-Looen, joint head of regional investment Advisory EMEA and Nick Harris, head of european cross border valuation.
Team members include Sarah Thorley, key client account manager, who joined from Savills UK, Joseph Lam who joined from Jones Lang LaSalle as an Analyst and Nicholas Tuan, also an analyst, who supports the new business unit having worked with the European valuation and RIA teams since September 2020.

Initial client projects that the team has undertaken include using Savills Insight and Data capabilities to provide strategic advice to key clients on where to invest within the European logistics sector to best capture the rising impact of e-commerce, and working collaboratively with Savills research team to advise on the opportunities presented by the growing life sciences sector across EMEA.
