Recruitment drive underway at GB Bank
GB Bank has bolstered its lending and completions teams with a series of new appointments.
The property finance specialist has brought on board six new team members in recent weeks, including three additions to the lending and completions teams, as it continues its major recruitment drive which will almost double its current workforce within the next 12 months.
The new recruits have joined GB Bank as it continues to strengthen its reputation across the UK for delivering exceptional service and quick turnaround times on flexible property funding solutions for SME developers and investors.
The new members of the lending and completions teams will help to enhance the swift and smooth delivery of funds to customers and brokers as GB Bank expands its lending portfolio.
Jake Baker joins GB Bank as a relationship manager and brings with him 10 years’ experience in real estate finance, working primarily in brokerage with high-net-worth individuals on buy to let and bridging and commercial mortgages.
Amit Sood joins as head of loan completions with previous experience in loan processing, compliance, new customer acquisition and team management.
Completing the trio of new hires in the lending and completions teams, Kerry Carter joins the bank as loans completion officer having previously worked for Aldermore Bank as a property development support officer for just over two and a half years.
