Montane Group launches new hotel & leisure division
Buxton-based specialist independent brokerage the Montane Group has announced the launch of its new division Montane Hotel & Leisure, signalling the firm’s growth and commitment to supporting acquisitive and ambitious operators in the UK hospitality sector.
Headed up by Chris Jones, Montane Hotel & Leisure is a professional and service driven business that provides a ‘one-stop shop’ approach for hospitality operators looking to grow through acquisition. Working as part of the Montane Group alongside Montane Finance and Montane Care, Montane Hotel & Leisure will provide a unique and market leading service which supports clients through every stage of the acquisition process, from the identification and vetting of a target property, sale and disposal of an asset and the arrangement of sector finance facilities.
Chris Jones joins Montane Hotel & Leisure with over 25 years’ experience gained within residential and commercial investment, development, and hospitality. He has worked as a specialist supporting private offices, high net worth individuals and funds through the disposal and acquisition of assets throughout the UK and Europe. He will work in collaboration with colleagues across the Montane Group which include Montane Finance and Montane Care – the group’s specialist brokers supporting the healthcare sector.
