Harpers Villas Care Centre in Walsall sold to experienced care home owners
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co https://www.christie.com/, has announced the sale of a closed care home previously trading as Harpers Villas Care Centre in Willenhall, Walsall.
Founded in 2005, Harpers Villas Care Centre was a modern purpose-built, residential care home formerly registered for 26 residents which had been extended to provide care in 35 en suite bedrooms with additional day and dining space. The home has been decorated and refurbished throughout to a good standard, and boasts wide corridors and a stretcher lift, making it easily accessible for wheelchair users.
The business is situated in the densely populated residential area of Willenhall, in the West Midlands borough of Walsall close to Wolverhampton and the City of Birmingham.
Harpers Villas Care Centre was previously owned by Prestige Quality Holdings Ltd which decided to sell to pursue other business interests. The closed home has now been sold to experienced care home owners, Mr Gurd and Mrs Simmi Sandhar, who also operate a successful home in the area and are looking forward to re-opening their new business.

Following an extensive marketing campaign, we went to a best offers situation after 35 viewings and agreed the sale to Gurd and Simmi Sandhar.
“The market for care and nursing homes in the West Midlands, in and around the Birmingham and greater area, remains as strong as ever, with buyers keen to purchase as demand exceeds supply. Now is a great time to sell a care business, as many homes are receiving multiple offers and values are holding up well.”
Harpers Villas Care Centre was sold off an asking price of £925,000.
