Hampshire Trust Bank expands broker support with new BDE appointment
Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has strengthened its specialist mortgages business development team with the appointment of Alex Klimcke as business development executive (BDE), further expanding its broker-facing team.
Alex joins from Novellus Finance, where he was business development manager, bringing valuable experience in specialist finance. His appointment reflects HTB’s continued investment in expertise, ensuring brokers have direct access to decision-makers and the flexibility to structure complex cases with confidence.
HTB recently restructured its Specialist Mortgages business development team to enhance broker support and create a clear career progression path. The team now operates across four tiers, from business development executive to regional account director, providing brokers with expert guidance at every stage of the lending process.
