Customers boosted by Redwood Bank’s latest promotion
A specialist business bank’s commitment to providing outstanding support to its customer has been boosted with an internal promotion.
Jamie Allen, who joined Redwood Bank in 2021, is now a customer management officer in recognition of his consistently high performance and dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
He said: “Providing great customer service is something we take incredibly seriously at Redwood because we understand that we play an important role in helping them to achieve their goals for the future.
“I’m delighted to have been promoted and look forward to working with lots more of our customers in the years to come.”
Jamie is part of Redwood’s dedicated team responsible for ensuring borrowers can find the deal that works for them when they reach the end of their early repayment charge or fixed-term period.
Rob Bowering, head of relationship management, said: “Jamie was promoted in recognition of the excellent customer service he provides and because he plays an important role in our relationship management team.”
The move is the latest in a series of key promotions that Redwood has made in recent months.
