Brickflow and Connect for Intermediaries Network launch landmark partnership
Brickflow, the digital market place for specialist property finance has formalised its first Broker Network partnership with Connect, one of the UK’s Leading Specialist Networks of Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Packagers. The agreement reflects a continued shift towards digitisation in specialist property finance as an increasing number of large-scale organisations strive to optimise process and grow operations.
In just 3 months, Brickflow has scoped, developed, tested and launched a bespoke technology journey tailored to suit the Connect Network operations. The integration is designed to provide superior monitoring, transparency, and oversight of AR activities. This advanced solution ensures that Connect has real-time visibility into broker performance, fostering greater compliance practices and operational efficiency across the network.
Through this partnership, Connect network members will be able to maximise revenue growth by using market leading technology to enhance practices. ARs can get the full benefit of the Brickflow software including lead qualification and capture through to lender sourcing and application. By using the Brickflow software to its full extent, ARs will be able to increase the number of deals they can process and therefore grow pipelines and revenue.
The Brickflow platform further equips ARs to confidently diversify their product portfolio under the Connect banner. The software provides the opportunity to source and apply for more products across bridging, development and commercial mortgages. The system consolidates information from 100+ lenders across 1,350 products and collates more than 157,000 data points ensuring that all Brokers can transact with confidence even when building familiarity in a new product set. Additionally, the technology also provides a direct access route from ARs, straight into the Connect Specialist Place Team, perfecting the handover process and improving the overall customer experience.
Connect is the first network in the industry to have formalised its partnership with Brickflow.
