Allica Bank appoints regional BDM in Scotland to sustain asset finance growth
Allica Bank, the challenger bank dedicated to supporting established British businesses with 10-250 employees, has appointed Emma Lindsay as business development manager for asset finance in Scotland and the surrounding regions.
With over a decade of experience in asset finance, Emma, who is based in East Ayrshire, will lead the development of new and current broker relationships in the region, providing expertise and human support to brokers and their clients.
The appointment comes at a time of rapid growth for Allica’s asset finance proposition, having first launched in early-2021. Its broker-facing team has expanded from 6 to 11 business development staff over the past 12 months and in September it reported that it was now receiving £70m of applications a month.
The bank has also been expanding its offering, including earlier this year rolling out support for both soft and medium assets.
