Chase tops CMA’s latest banking satisfaction survey
Chase has achieved the top spot in the Competition and Market Authority’s (CMA) latest banking satisfaction survey among personal current account holders for its overall service and experience.
The independent results rank the service quality of personal and business current account providers in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Chase’s rating for overall service quality increased by 3 percentage points since its debut in the survey six months ago, taking it to the top spot. The bank also held its second position for online and mobile banking services, increasing by 2 percentage points.
