Propel Finance appoints Andy Higgins as new head of credit to underpin plans for growth
Propel Finance, the leading UK independent asset finance lender, has appointed Andy Higgins as its new head of credit following the continued expansion of the business. Andy takes up his role with immediate effect and will be responsible for leading Propel’s business-wide credit activities, including underwriting, portfolio management and risk distribution, supporting Propel’s important next phase of growth.
Andy has over three decades of experience in credit and broader risk management gained at top-tier names in commercial banking and asset finance. Andy was one of four founders to successfully launch Investec Asset Finance in 2006. Andy spent a decade as head of credit at Investec, and most recently had responsibility for reviewing the Bank’s entire operational risk framework.
