Arbuthnot Commercial ABL delivers flexible funding to fuel Vendigital’s growth
Arbuthnot Commercial Asset Based Lending (“ABL”) has completed a growth finance facility for Vendigital, an international management consultancy firm, backed by Livingbridge.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in London, Vendigital is a leading international technology-led consultancy firm, which specialises in operational cost transformation – advising clients in the areas of procurement and supply chain; operating strategy; cost and value engineering; and portfolio management. Vendigital has deep expertise across many sectors, including aerospace and defence, automotive, industrial manufacturing, media, private equity, retail, and transportation.
By providing data-driven intelligence, Vendigital helps clients with complex operational challenges to achieve measurable and sustainable cost benefits. With its strong track record in supporting consultancy businesses on a global scale, Livingbridge acquired a majority shareholding of Vendigital in 2019.
The new funding line from Arbuthnot Commercial ABL, coupled with Livingbridge’s investment, will support Vendigital’s organic and acquisitive growth strategy, reinforcing its position as a leading technology-led consultancy firm.
